HI, I’m Joran  — a service delivery leader turned independent consultant, specialising in Odoo implementation, process improvement, and operational transformation for small and mid‑sized businesses.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked inside fast‑moving operational environments: leading service teams, fixing broken processes, and helping organisations deliver consistently at scale. I’ve held senior roles across technology, education, and engineering‑focused businesses, where clarity, structure, and customer experience were non‑negotiable.

Rackstraws was born from a simple idea: Most businesses don’t fail because of people — they fail because their processes can’t keep up.

Today, I help companies build those processes properly inside Odoo. I translate complex workflows into plain English, design systems that teams actually use, and create the operational backbone that supports growth, quality, and compliance‑friendly ways of working.

I work with manufacturing firms, rope access specialists, industrial cleaning companies, and other service‑driven organisations where safety, quality, and traceability matter. While I don’t provide certification or compliance consultancy, I design Odoo environments that naturally support structured, auditable processes aligned with standards like ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, COSHH, PUWER/LOLER, and other industry expectations.

My approach is hands‑on, practical, and grounded in real operational experience. I focus on what works — not what looks good on a slide deck.
